• Tuesday  Capoeira fitness 6:30pm - 8:30pm

• Wednesday Capoeira Angola 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
  Children over 5 welcome if accompanied by an adult
  

• Thursday  Capoeira fitness 6:3 0pm - 8:30 pm
  

• Friday  Capoeira fitness 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
  

• Saturday Capoeira Angola 10:00 pm-11:30 am
  Children over 5 welcome if accompanied by an adult
  

• First Sunday of the month  Roda 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
  

Dues and Requirements

Price: $20 per class or $150 per month for unlimited classes. If you need financial aid pl. talk to us.
Attire: Black pants and UCAC school t-shirt. Please wear comfortable shoes/sneakers.
